Mr. Dum has 11 years of experience working in Real Estate.

Fully manage and control all decision-making on the portfolio. In charge of creating the right infrastructure that the business needs to expand and generate more profit. Constantly looking for developing opportunities for future projects focusing on multiple asset types across the US. Creating and analyzing financial models. Always identifying highest and best use on lands taking into consideration current market demand.

Mr. Dum has a Master of Science degree in International Real Estate and Development as a summa cum laude and a bachelor of science degree in Computer Engineering.

Director of Business Operations at Eighteen Capital. Business operations and relationship management. Some of her key qualities for this job have been effective communications with key players in the industry, building management, tenants, and clients. Being involved with the day to day management part of the business to ensure operations are running smooth and successfully. And most importantly, being able to manage each project’s budget to ensure highest returns and profitability for investors.

Valerie earned her advertising and business degrees from the University of Florida as a summa cum laude student. With her background and experience Mrs. Stramwasser has been a very valuable and important asset to the company.
